Preparing for Marriage 

This page is divided up into four main headings:
Under the first heading, Marriage in the Catholic Church, you will find some general information and guidance about getting married in the Church.
Under the second heading, Marriage Preparation, you will find details about our Marriage Preparation Course and an online booking form.
Under the third heading, Your Marriage Ceremony, you will find downloads of some material which will help you to plan your actual wedding service.
Finally, for those who are already married and wish to build a strong and lasting relationship, you will find details of The Marriage Course under this heading together with an online booking form.

Please note that for all marriages the Diocese asks that you give at least six months notice in order to give adequate time for preparation.
