Prayer Group of the Magnificat
The Magnificat Prayer Group is affiliated to the Global Catholic Charismatic Renewal Movement. The primary focus of the Group is to encourage Catholics to rediscover and fan to flame the Gifts of the Holy Spirit received through the sacraments of baptism and confirmation. Through regular bible studies, prayer and praise, we deepen our relationship with Jesus and learn to daily surrender to his authority and so we are empowered to bear more fruit. Here in the parish, we run ‘Life in the Spirit’ Seminars which provide participants the opportunity to revitalise and release their spiritual gifts and charisms.
The Charismatic Prayer Group meets on Tuesday evenings at 6.45pm after the evening Mass.
